spanning across UHF frequencies and delivers 20 Watts, Typ of RF power across the
frequency range of 225 MHz to 1.0 GHz. This UHF SSPA delivers reliable high-power performance across a broad 225 MHz to 1.0 GHz frequency range in a compact, lightweight package measuring just 3.00” x 2.00” x 0.65”. Designed with high-efficiency GaN technology, the amplifier provides 20 Watts of RF output power with a nominal 0 dBm RF input, making it ideal for demanding RF communication and telemetry applications. Integrated over-voltage, reverse-voltage, and thermal protection features enhance operational reliability, while logic on/off control simplifies system integration. Its efficient operation reduces DC power consumption and thermal load, helping conserve power budgets on space- and weight-constrained SWaP platforms. This amplifier is well suited for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Group 2 & 3 platforms, Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV), broadband RF telemetry, software-defined radios, RF communication systems, and laboratory test environments.
