C-Band Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA) – NuPower C20R01
The NuPower™ C20R01 C-Band Power Amplifier is a small, broadband, high performance, solid state power amplifier that delivers over 20 watts of RF power from 4.4 to 4.9 GHz, to boost signal power levels of data links and transmitters for communications range extension, electronic warfare (e.g. electronic attack), etc.
The C-Band Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA) – NuPower C20R01 delivers 20 watts of RF output power across the 4.4 GHz to 4.9 GHz frequency range in a compact, lightweight package measuring just 4.50” x 3.50” x 0.61”. Designed with high-efficiency GaN technology, the amplifier provides reliable, high-performance operation while reducing the load on DC power budgets for power-sensitive platforms. With a nominal 0 dBm RF input, logic on/off control, and integrated over-voltage and reverse-voltage protection, this SSPA is engineered for dependable operation in demanding environments. Its small form factor and high efficiency make it ideal for space-constrained applications requiring extended range and improved link margin, including Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Group 2 & 3, Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV), broadband RF telemetry, RF communication systems, airborne electronic attack/ electronic warfare, and software-defined radios.
NuPower PAs feature over-voltage protection and can operate over a wide temperature range of -40 °C to +60 °C (baseplate).
All NuPower PAs have an optional Micro-D cable assembly with 18″ flying leads for interfacing to the unit.
