The NuPower™ 05E05A-C01-S01 is a small, highly efficient connectorized solid state power amplifier that provides 35 Watts (min) of RF power to boost performance of data links and transmitters.

The S-Band Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA): NuPower 05E05A-C01-S01 accepts a nominal 0 dBm (1 mW) RF input and provides >45 dB of gain from 2300 MHz to 2500 MHz for continuous wave (CW) and near-constant-envelope waveforms. At 35W – it is engineered for high-performance wireless communication and electronic warfare applications operating from 2300 MHz to 2500 MHz. Built with advanced GaN technology, this compact amplifier delivers 35 watts of typical RF output power while maintaining exceptional efficiency and reliability in a rugged, space-saving package measuring just 4.50” x 3.50” x 0.61”. Designed for demanding airborne and ground-based platforms, it accepts a nominal 0 dBm RF input and includes over-voltage protection along with logic on/off control for seamless system integration. Its high-efficiency operation reduces strain on DC power budgets while improving link margin and extending operational range. Ideal for broadband RF telemetry, RF communication systems, airborne electronic warfare, software-defined radios, unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), and unmanned ground vehicles (UGV), this amplifier delivers powerful performance in size- and power-constrained environments.

NuPower PAs feature over-voltage protection and can operate over a wide temperature range of
-40 °C to +85 °C (baseplate).
