Because the vast majority of NuWaves’ business is focused on military applications and the rules and regulations governing the same, we are only able to employ U.S. citizens.

Senior-level RF Engineer with 15+ years of RF system and module design experience, supporting proposal and all technical efforts. 

RF Engineer with a BSEE and 4 years of experience in RF system and/or circuit design. 

Technician with experience using network analyzer, DMM, signal generator, etc. as well as component-level trouble-shooting.

The Project Manager assists in implementation, management, supervision, and evaluation of multiple small projects working cross-domain to achieve strategic outcomes.

Experienced in manufacturing of RF electronics which includes soldering, PCBs, and hardware assembly. Certifications in IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 preferred, but not required.

Entry-level RF Engineer with BSEE; responsible for RF design and documentation. The person filling this position must be eager to learn, have a passion for RF Engineering. 

The Business Development Engineer’s position manages and executes the proposal process for Engineering Services, with an emphasis on high-technology, government contracts, including SBIRs, STTRs, BAAs, etc.

The Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Layout Technician reports directly to the Director of Product Solutions. This position is part of the product development team and supports design and development of printed circuit boards.

A RF Design Engineer reports to the Director of RF Systems or the Director of Range Systems. The Design engineer works closely with the Engineering technical teams and with Program Management to design and document designs which meet project requirements.

The Technical Support Specialist is a hybrid role with responsibilities in both the Production Team and Information Systems. The person in this position has a unique set of skills that allow them to support NuWaves' Information Systems (e.g. computers, printers, servers) while also dedicating time to supporting the Manufacturing and Logistics teams.
